  • Commerce Stream Started From Session 2010-11
  • ABOUT VMC
  • As per the approval given in the previous VMC meeting, the following works were undertaken and successfully completed during the summer vacations:- i. White wash and painting of the outer portion of the school building as well as both sides of boundary wall. ii. Painting of doors, windows and classroom cupboards. iii. Repair of flooring in the classrooms.’ iv. Fixing of ‘pucca’ cemented benches along the boundary of the playground.
  • REPORT ON CMP
  • Kendriya Vidyalaya I.M.A. is doing its best to follow the CMP Initiatives in letter and spirits. The following is a short summary of CMP activities:- i. The Resource Room has been constructed and will be handed over soon. ii. The headmistress is monitoring the lessons of PRT’s regularly and maintaining a complete record. iii. Students are shown educational and entertaining movies every month according to a schedule prepared by the H/M. iv. The monthly fund of Rs. 2000/- is being fully utilized by the H/M. In addition, prizes for various activities are purchased from the school fund and distributed from time to time. v. In the previous session, programs like Children’s Day, Sports Day, Grand Parents Day, and Cluster Level Art Exhibition were organized to provide more exposure to the Primary Students. vi. The internet connection for Primary section is under process. vii. Almirahs with acrylic sheet were purchased and provided to all primary classes. All classes maintain class libraries. New books are added every year. viii. The Headmistress discusses the problems with the staff members frequently to ensure smooth functioning. She also takes a meeting at the end of each month to plan ahead and promote interaction and cooperation among PRT’s. ix. Medical check up of Primary students was conducted in the previous session. x. Indoor games, Teaching aids etc were also purchased for Primary students.
  • A session on Career Counselling and Guidance was organised by University of Petroleum and Energy studeies, Bidhauli, Dehradun in the Library of school on 16/09/09. The students if class XII(Science) have participated in the programme. The programme was coordinated by the team of Mr. Vikram Singh Tomer, Ms. Mona Walia and Mr. Kartikay Dixit
  • Essay Competion was held on 26/08/09. 30 students participated. It was conducted by Shri Ram Chandra Mission in Collaboration with the United Nations Information Centre for India and Bhutan.
  • Dadi Nani ki kahaniyan - conducted in Hindi on 29/08/09 for the whole school by KVS and NGO
  • Cluster level social science exhibition -2009 is held in the Vidyalaya in 18th and 19th Aug. 2009 chief guest is Brig. Sunil Chandra. 13 teams from various KV's have participated.
  • Cluster level drawing competition 2009 is held in the Vidyalaya on 19th Aug 2009. 13 teams from various KV’s have participated. The themes are as follow-

    Primary Section- School of my dreams.

    Secondary Section – Sare Jaha Se Achchha Hindustan Hamara.
